What always made me scratch my head about the Taarna sequence in Heavy Metal was WTF kind of plan did the weird Greeks have anyway? You're under attack and you call for a mostly nude woman who is going to have to take a bath and get "dressed" before she comes to your aid? And it's just one lady? I mean, Taarna kicks ass but come on.
And where was she keeping that gold coin??

Her people were super-badasses and had they called her earlier she would have defended them, but the barbarian invasion was to fast or the defenders thought the pact was legend so they waited to long, giving her no choice but to go for the vengeance part of the pact.
Right. I fucking love that song. That album.
