My Pan-Gea character Fawn Rainchild makes her return to comics in Hellion Cross... which I haven't printed up yet. Soon.
Anyway, it's relevant to this blog because for some strange reason Fawn is nude pretty much through the entire issue. I didn't do it for prurience, though. I'm just fond of Fawn being nude.

Here's an old Fawn Rainchild pic done in colored pencil. This is not a medium I have dabbled in too much, though I have/had a metric ton of colored pencils in my drawer. What I love about it is you can get a delicate amount of control. What I hate is it takes forever to do.
This was a drawing of Fawn Rainchild peeing. I drew it a long time ago and recently colorized it. Always like this one, though I don't know why I drew a pic of someone having a wee.
Here's a classic from my Pan-Gea days. This appeared in the print comic from Ape Entertainment. I was on fire during that time, creatively. I felt like I had found a voice and purpose and I was loving the art I was making.
It changed a bit not long after. We had kids... my perspective changed. My priorities were realigned. And my approach to art changed. I have felt that fire since, strong as ever, but I will always have a very soft spot in my heart for this character and this era.
I'll speak more about Pan-Gea in future posts. It isn't what I consider to be pure pinup... but it damn sure is tangential at least.
